Today we visited Connections, one of Stittsville’s newest neighborhoods, located west of the CTC. We chatted with neighbours about why they chose to call Stittsville home and some of the challenges that arise settling into a new community. We had another team out in Blackstone delivering postcards. Team work makes the dream work.

Despite all the door knocking, the campaign has me spending a lot of time at my desk lately. It felt great to get out for a 5km walk this morning thanks to Ottawa-Carleton Trailway parkrun![]()
Today marked their second anniversary, and it was amazing to see such a dedicated group of volunteers out cheering everyone along the trail.![]()
It’s free, welcoming, and truly accessible for all fitness levels. Already looking forward to coming back - with the kids next time 💜
It’s official! This morning, I filed my nomination papers to run for City Council in Stittsville.![]()
I’m incredibly excited to take this step.![]()
Stittsville is home for me and my family. It’s where I’m raising my daughters and where I’ve built strong connections in the community. There’s something special about this place. It has that small-town feel, caring neighbours, and a real sense of belonging.![]()
But I’m also hearing loud and clear that growth is putting pressure on our roads, our transit, and our services. We’re feeling the impacts on our day-to-day lives.![]()
That’s why I’m stepping forward.![]()
I bring experience from inside City Hall, including working right here in Stittsville. I understand how the system works and how to get things done. I’m ready to advocate, to push for better, and to make sure our community is set up to thrive.![]()
I truly believe we can grow responsibly while protecting what makes Stittsville so special and making sure infrastructure and services keep pace.![]()
Over the coming months, I’ll be out in the community, knocking on doors, attending events, and having real conversations with residents.![]()
